How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the package - Basic and Standard take 3 days, Premium takes 2 days. Need it faster? Extra fast delivery is available as an add-on.
What's the difference between the packages?
Basic includes a 15-second logo animation. Standard includes a 20-30 second intro/promo with up to 5 images and text lines. Premium includes a 45-60 second intro/promo with up to 12 images/text, custom design, and both 4K and Full HD files.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Please send your logo (HD, transparent background preferred) along with any photos, videos, or text you'd like included - numbered in the order you want them to appear.
Will I own full rights to the final video?
Yes - once your order is complete, you'll have full copyright ownership of the final video.
Can I get the project source file?
Yes, the source file is available as a paid add-on for $20.
