Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic if you already have a PC, parts list, or a few hardware questions. Standard is for one complete custom desktop build. Premium includes an additional configuration, upgrade planning, and deeper comparisons. If you’re unsure, message me before ordering.
What information do you need from me?
Your budget, country, primary software or games, intended resolution or workload, existing components, and any preferences such as size, appearance, or noise. Also mention whether your budget includes a monitor, operating system, or peripherals.
Can you plan a computer for creative software?
Yes! I can research hardware recommendations for programs such as Blender, DaVinci Resolve, Clip Studio Paint, and other creative applications. Recommendations will depend on your actual workflow, software requirements, and budget.
Can you recommend used, refurbished, or open-box components?
Yes, if you’re comfortable considering them. I’ll explain potential savings and relevant risks, including warranty limitations and item condition. I cannot independently inspect or guarantee third-party products.
Can you recommend laptops or prebuilt computers?
Yes, within an agreed consultation scope. Please message me first so we can confirm the appropriate package. Standard and Premium custom parts lists are intended for desktop builds.
Do you physically assemble or repair computers?
No. This Gig provides remote hardware research and planning only. I don’t purchase components, assemble computers, perform installations, or access your computer remotely.
Are component prices and gaming performance guaranteed?
No. Prices and stock change, and actual performance depends on system configuration, software, and settings. I’ll use available specifications and reliable information to explain realistic expectations.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers reasonable adjustments to the original recommendation, such as changing a compatible component or responding to a clarified preference. A completely different budget, workload, or new PC project may require a separate order.
