How do I charge fees ?
I will charge based on a number of entries so you have clear visibility on the budget before I start the project.
Bank statements / cc statements formats
We need the bank/cc statements in Excel or Bank downloaded PDF's not in scanned PDF's this will allow us to extract the data into Excel and allow us to work more efficiently.
Will we follow US GAAP and applicable tax provisions ?
Yes we will follow US GAAP and applicable tax provisions to help you maximize deductions also coordinate with your CPA in the year-end for filing of taxes
How do we work on QB desktop ?
You can send the company file or access to your PC via Anydesk so we can complete the work for you.
What access you need for QB online / Xero / Wave
We need an external accountant or financial advisor access to Online QB/Xero so we can start the work
What format would you provide for final delivery?
It will be provided in Microsoft excel and a fully automatic sheet that can be easily updated.
