FAQ
What do I need to provide before we start?
Please send your project brief, brand assets, logo, website content or draft copy, preferred pages, target audience and reference websites you like. If you do not have everything ready, I can guide you through the essentials.
Will you design the website in Figma?
Yes. You will receive a clean, organised Figma file with the final website UI/UX design, including desktop and mobile layouts according to your selected package.
Do you provide development or coding?
This gig covers website UI/UX design in Figma. If you need the approved design built in Webflow or Framer, please message me before ordering and I can prepare a custom offer.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. I can redesign an outdated website or landing page to improve clarity, visual quality, user experience and conversion potential. Please share your current website and goals before ordering.
Will my design be custom?
Yes. Every project is designed specifically for your brand, audience and goals. I do not use generic templates or deliver AI-generated layouts; AI may support research and early idea exploration, while the final UX/UI design is custom-made.
Are mobile layouts included?
Responsive design is included according to the package you select. Please review the package details before ordering, or message me if you need a custom scope.
Can I order more or fewer pages than the packages include?
Yes. Send me your page list, Figma file or website link, and I will recommend the right package or create a tailored custom offer for your project.
How do revisions work?
Revisions are included according to your selected package and apply to the agreed project scope. Major changes to the approved structure, page count or requirements may require a custom offer.
