What file do you need to make the renders?
A 3DM or STL CAD file works best. If you only have a sketch or a photo, order the CAD gig first and we render the finished model.
What size and format are the images and videos?
Images are 1920 x 1920 px PNG and JPG, sized for websites, Etsy, Amazon and Shopify. Videos are MP4.
Will my design stay private?
Yes. Every order is white-label, so the files carry no studio branding, and we sign an NDA on request before any file is shared.
