Cleaned and validated 941,910 raw transaction records down to 392,733 accurate records using Excel Power Query removing duplicates, standardizing formats, and filtering out invalid entries. Then built Pivot Table-based RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) segmentation to group customers into behavioral segments, revealing that 26% of customers were generating 80% of total revenue.
