I will consult on navigating section 8 housing authorities

I am an active property owner and landlord since 2009, having worked with over 10 housing agencies and nonprofit organizations that provide subsidized housing vouchers and rental assistance to low-income families and individuals across Massachusetts, New York, and California.

While my experience may be limited to three states, the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program is a federal program and thus many of the rules and regulations are similar across states. Navigating the complex process can be frustrating and time-consuming; I am here to provide guidance and resources that can lead to a smooth and positive working relationship with both the tenant and the housing authorities.
