I transcribe Chinese and English audio into clean, accurate text by hand. Six years of full-time transcription, around 1,000 expert interviews and investor calls, zero missed deadlines.

Yes. I have transcribed more than 100 pharma research interviews from Mandarin into English. Send a term list and I use your wording throughout.
What is clean verbatim?
Fillers, false starts and repetitions are removed, every point stays intact, punctuation and paragraphs are added. Full verbatim is available on request.
What if the audio is unclear or people talk over each other?
I flag the unclear part in square brackets instead of guessing, and label overlapping speech so you can see who was speaking.
Is my recording confidential?
Yes. NDA on request, files deleted after delivery, no client is ever named in my profile or portfolio.
Which formats do you accept and return?
Any audio or video file, or a link to Drive, Dropbox or a private video. You get Word plus plain text, or SRT if you need subtitles.
