About this gig
Hi there! I would love to record a high-quality voicemail, on-hold or telephony message for your personal or business phone system.
What's included:
This gig covers professional voiceover recording, studio production, and commercial usage rights. Your message can be used privately or for your business.
Optional backing music:
- You can use your own track by sending it along when booking.
- Alternatively, choose from my small library of royalty-free music, which I will mix with your recording.
- Music mix pricing: $10 for a single mix or $5 per mix if you need more than one.
Important details:
- If I make a mistake, I will of course fix it for free. However, changes to the script after delivery will incur a small fee. Please ask for clarification if needed!
- Happy to provide demo reels upon request.
- Note: I'm unable to call phone systems to record messages and cannot advise on specific device or system setups.

What does this gig cover?
Any length message, up to 50 words for $10, then $5 per 25-word increment. If you would like backing music, a 'mix to music' option is available as a Gig Extra. If you would like files separated and labelled, this is priced at $1 per file (min 5 files) If unsure, please drop me a message.
Do I need to get in touch before placing an order?
No need! Simply enter your total word count in the box, select any gig extras you need (such as file separation or music mix etc), and place your order. I'll reply ASAP and present any questions I may have. However if you're unsure about your requirements, please drop me a message.
I'd like backing music on one or several telephone files, what do I do?
Simply place the order stating the word count and select the music Gig Extra, priced at $10 for a single mix, or $5 per mix if you need more. I'll send you some tracks to choose from, or I can use one that you supply. Or request a Custom Offer, listing all your requirements, and I'll reply ASAP.
What if I made a mistake in the script after I received the file, or I need to modify the script for another reason after delivery?
PLEASE ensure your script is FINAL before you order. Matching style/levels/tempo, then cutting in an edit seamlessly is not as easy as it may sound - especially if there is music to re-mix - so will be a small fee. If I make a mistake, corrections are of course, FREE!
What vocal style will you deliver?
My Fiverr gig portfolio will give you a good idea of my voice styles. I can also supply voice reels for you to select a specific style (eg through letting me know the time code). Or simply include a few words that best describe the vibe, such as 'professional' 'friendly' 'energetic' 'warm' etc.
What is your revision policy?
I will fix my errors free of charge. If you'd like style revisit, I'll try to fix - but bear in mind that what you hear on my portfolio and voice reels is what I offer, and is a good indication of the style you'll receive. Script changes are not counted as a revision, and will incur a fee.
