Do I need to pay a monthly fee after setup?

Yes. The dashboard is a link your whole team opens simultaneously on any device — phone, tablet or laptop. Owner, manager, front desk — everyone sees the same live data with no login required.
Does it connect directly to Airbnb or Booking.com?
The dashboard reads from Google Sheets. When you get a new booking you add one row to your sheet in about 2 minutes. The dashboard shows it instantly. Zapier can automate this for around $20 per month if needed.
What does my team need to install?
Nothing. The dashboard opens in any browser — Chrome, Safari or Firefox. No app to download. No account to create. On mobile they add it to their home screen like an app.
Can I enter bookings for the whole year at once?
Yes. Enter all your bookings for the entire year in one go. The dashboard reads today's date and automatically shows the right guests as arriving, in house or departing.
What happens on the 1st of a new month?
Everything resets automatically. MTD income, ADR, RevPAR and occupancy all start fresh from the 1st. You do nothing. Guests still staying from last month have their remaining nights counted in the new month.
