How do I know you will make the correct FAQs?
Before creating an FAQ for you I will do a Market research on similar products to have a base, & I also will ask you a couple of simple questions to know what your goals are with the FAQs you need.
Can you take on bigger projects than your premium package?
Absolutely! I have taken multiple huge knowledge base products, and I can provide custom offers for knowledge bases of up to 300+ articles.
Can you provide FAQs in different languages?
Yes of course! I am a native Bulgarian/Greek speaker, I have a Proficiency in American English & and Ielts with an almost perfect grade of 8/9. I can also provide services in Croatian.
Do I have to provide the questions?
No, you do not have to do that. All the questions, articles & answers are included in the gig. However, if you have topics or specific questions you would like answer it would help make the process faster and more efficient.
What do you need from me to start building the FAQ?
I only need to get your website, what features and services you provide in order to be able to do proper research on your competitors and provide you with the best possible FAQ. Of course if you have any specific topics you would like covered, it would be helpful to provide ahead of time.
What if I am not satisfied with my Delivery or the FAQs that have been provided?
All my gigs offer multiple revisions to help provide you with the best possible finished product, I am available for even making zoom calls if that would help improve the process and provide you with a better product.
Are knowledge base article screenshots included in the gig packages?
I have provided and extra option on all my gigs that will allow you to pay for the creation and addition of screenshots. However, if the screenshots need specific accesses (for example an admin profile) you will have to provide and I will edit them and insert them into the articles.
