What is included in Premium?
Premium includes up to 5 forms or notification types, email logging, hosting mailbox setup if supported, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC DNS configuration.
Do I need a paid SMTP service?
Not necessarily. If your hosting includes email, we can often use its SMTP server without an additional subscription. Free third-party options may also be available.
Can you fix Contact Form 7, WPForms and Elementor emails?
Yes. I can check notification settings, configure SMTP and test the forms included in your package.
Can you fix WooCommerce and password reset emails?
Yes, if the issue is related to email sending or notification settings. Complex PHP errors or unrelated plugin conflicts are not included.
Can you guarantee emails will reach the inbox?
No. SMTP and email authentication can improve reliability, but inbox placement also depends on sender reputation and recipient spam filters.
How many websites and email providers are included?
Each package covers 1 WordPress website and 1 email provider. Additional websites or providers require a custom offer.
Do you need access to my DNS settings?
Only if your order includes DNS configuration. You must provide the required access or be available to make the changes
Are premium plugins or paid email services included?
No. Any required paid subscription or premium plugin license must be provided or purchased by the client.
