1. What do you need from me to start?
Your Shopify store link, logo, brand fonts and colors, product photos and texts if you have them. No brand guide? I’ll create the email style from your website.
2. Which package should I choose?
Basic is for one custom email or campaign. Standard sets up your two most profitable Klaviyo flows: welcome series and abandoned cart. Premium is a full Klaviyo setup with 5 flows, signup form and copywriting.
3. Can you write the email copy?
Yes. Copywriting is included in the Full Klaviyo Setup package. For Basic and Standard, it’s available as an extra.
4. What does unlimited revisions include?
Unlimited changes to the email design within the original brief: layout, colors, texts and images. A new email, a new flow or a new concept counts as a new order.
5. Will I be able to edit the emails myself?
Yes. Every email is built in Klaviyo with editable drag-and-drop blocks, so you can change texts, images and products without any code.
6. Do you need access to my Klaviyo account?
Yes. Please add me as a user with Manager or Admin access. I never need your Shopify password: Klaviyo connects through the official Shopify integration.
7. Will the emails look good on mobile and in dark mode?
Yes. I design mobile-first and test every email in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, including dark mode.
8. Can you create emails in other languages?
Yes. I’ve designed emails for brands across Europe: English, Dutch, German, French, Polish, Portuguese and more. You can send me the copy in your language, or I write it and you check it for accuracy before launch.
9. Do you work with platforms other than Klaviyo?
Yes, I also design and build emails in Mailchimp and HubSpot. Message me before ordering so we can confirm the scope.
