I will be your indie, folk, or country songwriter and lyricist

My name is Ronnie Leigh, and I'm a passionate lyricist/songwriter dedicated to writing the kind of music that makes you uproot your life and move to Europe. You know the kind I'm talking about.

I'm a storyteller. A writer with a BA degree who, like so many others, was told I'd never make a living writing... yet here I am.

Being from Los Angeles, I've been surrounded by the music industry my whole life. Creativity runs in my blood, and I've been writing songs since I was 12 years old.

I have a preference towards indie/folk, country, and pop music considering I grew up not only in LA, but also the Midwest (Ohio). I love writing lyrics that evoke nostalgia and tell stories without the cliches.

I will:

• Free-write lyrics from scratch
• Write lyrics to match an existing melody
• Improve existing lyrics
• Work with you on an album
• Give you all the commercial rights

I can also customise songs for special ocassions, from comedic to romantic. 

In working with me I'll need a topic and references (bands/songs/artists) that inspire your music. You can also send the instrumental so I can build from it, though it is only needed if there's top line to follow.
