What documents do I need to provide?
Ideally a floor plan (PDF, DWG, JPG or even a hand sketch). The more precise the source, the more accurate the result. If you're unsure, just send what you have – I’ll guide you from there.
Which standards do you follow?
I calculate areas based on DIN 277 or the German Living Space Ordinance (WoFlV) – depending on your needs. International standards or custom specifications can also be applied upon request.
Can I use this for official documents or authorities?
Yes. My calculations are professionally formatted and suitable for building departments, property sales, rental contracts or condominium declarations (Abgeschlossenheit). However, since this is a remote service, I cannot offer a legally binding certification or architectural stamp.
