About this gig
Hi, I'm Jamie! Thanks for stopping by my gig. I am a professional voice over artist and I will narrate your nonfiction audiobook to ACX standards with up to 3 characters. I do custom pricing depending on word count of your book, and how long it is. The prices listed are for anything under 30 minutes. Anything over that will be a custom order priced at $200 per finished hour. Each finished hour takes roughly 4-6 hours of production time, so a completion date will be set after I've received the manuscript and we've gone over what you need.
*** BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, PLEASE MESSAGE ME ABOUT YOUR PROJECT ***
Before an order is submitted, I need to look over your manuscript and go over any questions about the project and pricing. At that time, I will set up a custom order for you.
Once accepted, I will record, edit, and send you roughly 10-15 mins of completed audio for you to listen to and give feedback. Once that is complete, I will work on the remainder of the book. If the book is short, I will deliver it all at once. If not, I will deliver via milestones, so you can listen and let me know if there are any revisions as we go.
Please see FAQs for additional info. Thanks!

I do custom Voice Over recordings for commercials, IVR, YouTube promotions, eLearning, audiobooks, meditations, and many more.
I have been in customer service for many years where my voice helped soothe unhappy clients, sold products, etc. I'm also a mom who has read many bedtime stories to my kids. During those years, I have learned many critical communication skills that I put to use every day. Let me put my many years of service and communication experience to work for you, to give you the best voiceover for your project.
FAQ
What is ACX Standards?
When a book is formatted to ACX Standards, it has been split into multiple files, formatted, mastered, and volume leveled to comply with Audible audiobook standards. Most other audiobook platforms use the same standards.
What is considered a revision?
A revision is any change to the recording. $20 per 200 words after 1 free revision. This includes any script, style, or pacing changes you may need. It's best to get all of that figured out during the 10 minute sample of the book. Any errors or pronunciation issues are free.
Can I hear a sample before you record my book?
Absolutely! I prefer to do a short sample so you can get a general idea what it will sound like, then we can make adjustments from there before I work on the entire book.
Can the book be broken up into smaller payments?
Yes, there is a pay as you go feature called milestones where we can break the book up into smaller sections. I send a custom order and you are billed for the first section, I record and submit it, then we move on to the next section and repeat until the book is done.
What is my location and time zone?
I am in Nashville, TN and I'm in Central time zone GMT-6. I am available throughout the day, but I do the majority of my recording in late evening and nights when it's quiet.

Excellent and consistent voice over. I needed a child's voice and she asked her daughter to record, which I thought was really cool
