Why My Architecture is Different:
- The bot will detect if a user is just chatting ("Hi there!") or asking for specific help ("How do I fix Error 502?"). It only searches the database when necessary, which saving you API costs.
- I use both sparse Vector (Keyword BM25) and dense Vector search. This means the bot catches specific error codes or technical details that other bots will miss.
- The bot keeps an active conversation history with every user or thread (your choice), which will allow users to ask follow up questions without the bot getting confused.

FAQ
What information do you need from me to start the order?
Please provide a clear description of the bot's purpose and a detailed list of the specific features or commands you need. If integration with external APIs (like Twitch, game stats, etc.) or databases is required, please mention that too. The more detail you give, the better!
What are the Docker files you include, and why do I need them?
Docker allows your bot to run in a "container" that includes all dependencies (Python, Redis, Qdrant). This guarantees the bot works exactly the same on your server as it does on mine, preventing the "It works on my machine" error. It makes your bot crash resistant and easy to restart.
Do you provide hosting for the bot?
I provide the Docker files for easy self-hosting on your own machine or VPS. However the cost of the hosting service itself is not included in my gig price. If you want help buying a VPS or hosting it, I will guide and help you through the entire process so you never have to be confused.
For AI bots, do I need my own API key (e.g., OpenAI)?
Yes, generally for integrating with paid AI services like OpenAI's GPT models, you will need to provide your own API key. Any usage costs charged by the AI provider are separate from my development fee.
Do you offer support or updates after the delivery?
Yes. I provide 14 Days of Support to ensure my is system running smoothly on your machine. If there is a bug in my code, I fix it for free. Feature requests "Add a new command" are billed separately.
Is my document data safe? Does it go to OpenAI?
Your documents will be stored in a local Database (Qdrant) on your server. We only send a snippet of text to answer a user's question to the LLM. We do not upload your entire PDF library to OpenAI, even the API calls are stateless, so OpenAI will never connect the info to you ever.
