No. The official fee for an individual online EU trademark is currently €850 for one class, €50 for the second class and €150 for each class from the third onward. These government fees are separate from my professional service fee.

How long does the filing process take?

Can you file multiple trademarks or multiple classes?

Do you handle trademark refusals or oppositions?
These matters require separate assessment and are not included in the standard packages. Please contact me before ordering if you have received an EUIPO objection, opposition notice or refusal.
