What do I need to provide before you start the rendering?
I work in 3ds Max, so ideally you should provide a 3D model in formats compatible with it (.max, .fbx, .obj, .dwg). If you don’t have a model, a floor plan with dimensions and reference photos will also work — I can rebuild the scene in 3ds Max.
Is this a virtual tour or a single 360 image?
This Gig includes one high-quality 360 panoramic image per package. It’s not an interactive virtual tour, but the image can be viewed in 360° viewers or embedded on websites.
Can I use the 360 image on my website or social media?
Yes! You’ll receive a high-resolution JPG or PNG file exported from 3ds Max, suitable for web, presentations, and social platforms. If you need a specific resolution or aspect ratio, just let me know.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, each package includes a set number of revisions (1 in Basic, 2 in Standard, 3 in Premium). Revisions cover adjustments to lighting, materials, camera angle, or rendering quality in 3ds Max.
