What is considered a no-show during a consultation?
A no-show occurs if a buyer is over 10 minutes late to the scheduled start time without prior notice of rescheduling, regardless of the duration of the call. Compensation is required for the seller as the time slot is blocked from other bookings.
Can I reschedule a consultation for free?
A free reschedule can be made only with at least 6 hours' notice via the order page or Fiverr direct message.
What if I need to reschedule a consultation with short notice?
Rescheduling with less than 6 hours' notice (or no-shows) requires compensation for the unused slot and booking a new slot. You will be offered 20% courtesy discount for booking the new slot.
What happens if I don’t show up to a consultation and I don’t request a reschedule within 3 days?
If you miss your consultation and you don't express your intentions to reschedule within 3 days of the booked slot, your order will be marked as delivered, compensating for the reserved time.
