What file format do you accept for vector tracing?
I accept the following file formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, and TIFF.
What file formats will I receive?
I CAN PROVIDE the vector file in the following formats: CDR (source file), AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF in all three packages. I CAN PROVIDE a high-resolution PNG file, if you need it, for additional pay. I WILL PROVIDE the file in the formats that YOU PREFER.
How long will it take to complete my order?
* Simple images (BASIC package) - less than 1 day. * Medium detailed images (STANDARD package) - 2 days; Rush delivery - 1 day. * Complex images {not overly complex} (PREMIUM package) - 3 days.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. I do offer revisions. BASIC package - 1 revision; STANDARD package - 3 revisions; PREMIUM package - 5 revisions. There is an additional revision for an additional fee ($5), in all three packages.
What is your pricing structure?
BASIC - $5, 1 revision. STANDARD - $10, 2 days, 3 revisions; Rush Delivery- $20, 1 day; +$5 for 1 additional revision and 1 additional day. PREMIUM - $15, 3 days, 5 revisions; +$5 for 1 additional revision and 1 additional day. * High-resol'n PNG for extra pay $5. * Color change for extra pay $5.
