Moodle can be a little difficult to setup on your own but I will walk you through it from start to finish including new professional hosting and a new domain name. Please note I only support bluehost for this service because they are on the 2.02 version while all other hosting companies are on the 1.X branch which is getting very old and has limited functionalility.
