I will build a 3 statement financial model, financial projections and forecast
About this Gig
Banks, investors, and boards all ask the same question: show me the numbers. This model answers it and survives the follow-up questions.
I build fully linked 3 statement financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) with financial projections that pass lender and investor scrutiny. Driver-based, error-checked, and a balance sheet that balances every single month.
Credentials most sellers here don't have: FMVA® (CFI) PowerPoint Pro for Finance (WSO) Accounting degree 5 years in banking & corporate finance (Bank of Montreal).
Every model includes:
- Revenue built from YOUR drivers units, pricing, channels, capacity
- Working capital, debt & capex schedules
- The ratios lenders actually check: DSCR, coverage, breakeven
- Scenario toggles + clean assumptions tab anyone can update
- Live walkthrough you'll understand it, not just receive it

FAQ
Will this work for an SBA or bank loan?
Yes — Standard and Premium include the schedules and ratios (DSCR, coverage, breakeven) lenders review, formatted so your banker navigates it without a call.
Do you build SaaS or subscription models?
YES - It's a specialty. My SaaS master runs a cohort ARR engine — churn and expansion curves by cohort age, bookings→billings→revenue, burn and runway. Check the SaaS project in my portfolio below, then message me your pricing model.
We're a CPA/fractional CFO firm — can you work behind the scenes?
Yes: unbranded deliverables, documented assumptions, NDA-backed, fixed fees. A meaningful share of my practice is exactly this.
Is this a template?
No. Templates break the moment diligence starts. Every model is built around your drivers, billing cycle, and cost structure.
Other sellers charge $100-$500. Why are you more?
A $100 model is a template with your logo. Mine is built from your actual drivers, error-checked, and delivered with a walkthrough so you can defend every number in a live meeting. If a loan or raise depends on this file, the difference is a rounding error.
What do you need to start?
The requirements form covers it — and messy exports are fine. Structuring them is my job, not yours.
