I will build ecommerce and retail financial model for shopify or amazon sellers
About this Gig
Ecommerce brands rarely die from bad products they die from cash locked in inventory and ad spend flying blind. This model shows you both before they hurt.
I build ecommerce & retail financial models that connect the numbers that actually run your business: a traffic-to-orders engine by channel (organic, paid, email, affiliates), contribution margin after fees, shipping, returns and ads, inventory purchase planning, and the cash conversion cycle inside a fully linked 3-statement model.
Credentials: FMVA® (CFI) PowerPoint Pro (WSO) Accounting degree 5 years in banking & corporate finance including retail financial accounting from the inside.
Every model includes:
- Revenue by channel Shopify, Amazon, wholesale, retail stores
- Conversion, AOV and repeat-purchase drivers you can flex
- Inventory planning: reorder points, lead times, cash tied up
- Ad-spend scenarios see what happens when ROAS moves
- Runway, funding needs, error-checked statements
- Walkthrough call you'll understand it, not just receive it
For: Shopify & Amazon sellers, DTC brands, multichannel and brick-and-mortar retailers, aggregator exit prep.

FAQ
Can you work from my Shopify/Amazon/QuickBooks exports?
Yes — send raw exports in any state. Structuring messy channel data into a clean model is the first thing I do, not something I ask you to do.
We're pre-launch — no sales yet.
Then you need the launch build: traffic and conversion assumptions by channel, inventory deposit planning, and runway before your first PO. My portfolio includes a startup e-commerce model built for exactly this stage.
We sell on four channels. Does Standard cover that?
Standard includes two; each additional channel is a $250 extra, so you only pay for the complexity you actually have.
We also run physical stores — can the model handle that?
Yes, and few modelers can: store-level cohort economics, four-wall margin, even ASC 842 lease accounting. Check the Retail Five-Year Plan in my portfolio.
We're preparing to sell to an aggregator.
Clean channel-level economics is the first thing acquirers rebuild — I model it acquisition-ready, and I also run a dedicated business valuation gig if you want a defensible number before they name one.
Why is there profit on my P&L but never money in my bank account?
That's the cash conversion cycle — the exact thing this model makes visible. You're the buyer this gig was built for.
