Women don't lack talent. They lack what men receive without asking: access, support, and someone to demystify the rules of leadership.

Most women are under-mentored and under-sponsored. They're encouraged to be confident but rarely backed. Yet, women keep leading anyway. Often brilliantly.

My role is to support those women, not to fix them. At higher levels, women navigate political complexity, emotional load, and difficult decisions, often without a peer space where they can speak openly and reflect honestly.

I am that peer. I spent 30+ years in sectors where women were the exception, including 12 years as an executive in Oil & Gas and board roles across various institutions.

I know the pressure, the politics, the invisibility, the self-censorship, the exhaustion, and the constant need to prove yourself twice.
