I will configure spf dkim and dmarc for secure email authentication
Senior Cybersecurity Analyst
About this Gig
I configure and troubleshoot SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to improve email authentication and reduce spoofing risk for business domains. I can work with common environments such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, and other authorized sending services when the required DNS and platform access is available. I will validate records, check alignment, identify conflicting or missing senders, and recommend an appropriate DMARC rollout. I do not promise inbox placement or remove unrelated blacklist/reputation issues. For existing production domains, I prefer staged DMARC enforcement rather than moving directly to reject without validating legitimate senders.
Scope guardrail: This Gig covers email authentication and related DNS records. It does not guarantee deliverability, remove IP/domain reputation listings, or include unrelated website/DNS administration.

FAQ
Can you set DMARC to reject immediately?
I can implement an enforcement policy when it is appropriate, but I normally recommend validating legitimate senders first to avoid blocking valid business email.
Do you need access to my DNS?
Yes, either temporary DNS access or the ability to provide exact records for your administrator to publish. Platform access may also be needed for DKIM.
Can you guarantee emails will go to the inbox?
No. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC improve authentication, but inbox placement also depends on reputation, content, sending behavior, and recipient filtering.
Can you work with multiple email senders?
Yes. Please list every approved sender such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SendGrid, CRM, marketing, ticketing, or transactional services.
