4. What is meant by "free post delivery support"?
My base free support lasts 2 weeks after I deliver the finished website, in that period all bugs that you encounter that are caused by my code will be fixed without any additional charges. By offering free support I ensure you receive what you paid for. For bigger projects support will last longer.
