I provide independent Quantity Surveying and Construction Cost Consultancy for developers, contractors, investors, architects and project teams.
Depending on the selected package and available information, I can review drawings and specifications, measure quantities, prepare BOQs and cost plans, assess labour and material costs, reconcile budgets, identify cost risks and support value engineering. Higher-scope assignments may also include programme review, cost-loaded scheduling, monthly cash flow, tender normalisation and construction-stage cost control.
My approach connects QUANTITIES COST PROGRAMME CASH FLOW RISK FORECAST.
Standard deliverables are professional PDF reports. Project-specific editable Excel cost models and, where applicable, Microsoft Project files are available through the Source File extra.
All work is remote and document-based. Package eligibility depends on construction value, project size, complexity and document quality. Projects above EUR 1M, specialist scopes or unusually large drawing sets require a Custom Offer.

How do you determine which package applies?
Package eligibility depends on construction value, project size, complexity, disciplines, drawing volume and available information. Projects above EUR 1M or unusually complex scopes require a Custom Offer.
What documents do you need to start?
Please provide the latest available drawings, specifications, area schedules, existing BOQ or budget, contractor quotations or tenders, programme information and any known cost concerns relevant to the agreed scope.
What is included in the Source File extra?
The Source File extra includes the project-specific editable Excel cost workbook with formulas and calculation logic and, where programme analysis is included, the Microsoft Project file.
Is a Revit model included in the Source File extra?
No. Revit models, proprietary VVS templates, benchmark databases, reusable rate libraries and internal working tools are not included. Source files are limited to agreed project-specific calculation and programme files.
Can you review contractor tenders?
Yes. Tender review can include price comparison, scope alignment, exclusions, qualifications, gaps and normalised tender values. It is included where stated or can be added through the Tender Review extra or a Custom Offer.
Do you provide value engineering?
Yes. Value engineering focuses on practical cost-saving opportunities while considering scope, quality, programme and project requirements. It does not replace the project designer’s technical approval.
Can you work on projects outside Greece?
Yes. The service is delivered remotely and can support projects internationally, subject to suitable documentation and an agreed pricing basis. Local rates, taxes, codes and market assumptions are identified where relevant.
How are your construction cost estimates prepared?
Cost estimates are developed from the available drawings, specifications, quantities, project requirements and agreed pricing basis. Key assumptions, exclusions, allowances and cost risks are clearly identified in the deliverable.
How accurate is the cost assessment?
Accuracy depends on the level of design development and the quality of the available project information. The pricing basis, assumptions, exclusions, allowances and key uncertainties are clearly identified so the client can understand both the estimated construction cost and the associated cost risk
