What is your response time
We are available 7 days a week for our customers. If it is for revising your project or replying to a question, whatever you need, we are here to address your concern. Fast turnarounds and meeting any deadline is a principle we live by.
How many revisions are allowed?
It depends on the package that you choose. We provide an unlimited number of revisions if you buy our "All-In" package or have a customized project with us
What is included in your delivery?
We will provide you with a PDF version of your project (that could be print ready based on your requirements ), source files, images, fonts, and any other elements that we have used for designing your project
Do you include images in your price?
Often we do and sometimes our customers have specific images they want to use for their product catalog. We will agree together with you about the source of the images before we start to work on your project
