Before ordering, prepare: 1) conversation text file, 2) profile images for participants, 3) video resolution & orientation, 4) animation style (or specify), 5) typing or direct bubbles, 6) layout: WhatsApp UI or phone frame.

Choosing the correct resolution is very important before placing the order. The resolution cannot be changed after the animation is completed, as it would require recreating the project from scratch. Common examples: 1080×1920 for Stories, 1920×1080 for YouTube.

The standard delivery format is H.264 MP4 (high quality with optimized file size). Other options available: ProRes 4444 – for transparent background (larger file size) WebM – for web/streaming use GIF – only available with a solid background

Yes. I can create the WhatsApp UI in different European languages. So far, I've worked with English, French, German, Swedish, and Finnish, but I can adapt it to other languages as well if needed.

At the moment, I primarily work with the iOS version of the WhatsApp UI. However, I'm open to discussing custom requests if you need an Android-style interface.

I use Adobe Illustrator and Figma for designing the chat UI and icons, and Adobe After Effects for creating the animations.
