About this Gig
Is a small Excel file giving you errors or taking too long to read? I will correct existing formulas and organize your workbook so it is easier to use.
This package covers:
- 1 editable .xlsx workbook, up to 2 worksheets and 500 data rows in total.
- Correction of up to 5 distinct, simple existing formulas, such as SUM, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF or VLOOKUP, using your stated rules and expected results.
- Consistent number/date formatting, spacing cleanup and removal of exact duplicate rows when requested.
- The corrected editable workbook and brief notes explaining the changes.
- 1 revision within the original scope.

This package does not include macros/VBA, scripts, external data connections, data entry from images/PDFs, new dashboards or a system built from scratch. Delivery: 5 days once the order requirements are complete.

What counts as one formula?
One distinct formula rule counts as one formula, even when copied down rows. The package covers up to 5 simple existing rules, such as SUM, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF or VLOOKUP, within 2 sheets and 500 total data rows. Complex models or new business logic need a separate scope.
What is included in the revision?
One round of corrections to the originally requested formulas, cleanup and formatting is included. New sheets, additional formulas, new data or changed business rules are outside this package. Please list the expected results when ordering.
Can I send confidential data?
Please remove or replace personal, financial and confidential details that are not needed to reproduce the problem. Sample data with the same structure is usually enough. I will not upload confidential client data to third-party AI tools without your permission.
Do you work with Google Sheets or macros?
This Gig is for editable Excel .xlsx files and simple existing formulas. Google Sheets, macros/VBA, scripts, external integrations and new dashboards are not included. Message me on Fiverr to discuss a separate, clearly defined task.
