Yes, I'll need collaborator access to your Shopify store to diagnose and fix issues. This is completely safe - I'll only access what's necessary for your project. You can remove my access anytime after the work is completed. I'll provide instructions on how to add me as a collaborator.
How quickly can you start working on my project?
I typically respond within 1-2 hours and can start working immediately after you place your order. For urgent fixes, you can message me first to check my availability, or select a rush delivery option if you need it even faster.
What if my issue requires more work than the package includes?
No problem! If during the work I discover the issue is more complex than initially expected, I'll message you immediately with options. You can either upgrade to a higher package or I can create a custom offer for the additional work needed. I'll never do extra work without your approval first.
Will my store be offline during the fixes?
No! I work on your live store carefully, or I can use a duplicate/staging theme if you prefer. Your store will remain fully functional and your customers won't experience any downtime. All changes are tested before going live.
What happens after delivery? Do you provide support?
Yes! All packages include post-delivery support: Basic: 3 days of support for any issues with the completed work Standard: 5 days of support Premium: 7 days of ongoing support If anything breaks or needs adjustment after delivery, I'm here to help!
