What do you need from me to get started?
Send your pouch type (stand-up doypack or flat pouch), size (W x H x bottom gusset), fill weight, material (kraft, matte, or compostable), logo, spice name, ingredients, allergens, nutrition facts, origin, refill instructions, net weight, and barcode.
Can you create a pouch dieline if I don't have one?
Yes. I can build a custom vector dieline from your measurements, with bleed, seal, zipper, tear notch, hang hole, and safe areas marked. Since printers use different seal widths and zipper heights, please confirm the dieline with your printer before production.
Will my colors look good on a kraft pouch?
Yes, if it's set up correctly. Colors print darker on kraft, so I add a white ink layer under bright areas and text to keep them vibrant. I'll also include material and ink notes for your printer. Please request a printed proof before bulk production
Can you add a clear window and a matching jar label?
Yes. I can design a clear window placed where your spice settles, kept away from seals and the zipper. I can also create a matching jar label so your refill pouch and jar look like one brand. Both are available in higher packages or as extras.
Can I use the USDA Organic or Non-GMO logo on my pouch?
Only if your product is officially certified. I'll leave proper space and place the logos you supply, but you'll need to confirm valid certification. Please also make sure all label content, including nutrition facts and claims, meets your local regulations before printing.
