What's the value of your service?
My service is a direct reflection of how you value your time, it's about efficiency and effectiveness. I have both technical & factory background, enabling direct & efficient communicate with you & vendor(s). In addition, I'm native in english and mandarin so I should get better pricing.
Where will you source the product?
I will reach out to vendors from my database, 1688, Alibaba, and industry group via forum/ wechat after understanding your requirements.
Can I connect directly with the vendors?
Yes, we will share vendor information from Day 1 and you can jump in at any time. Most communication will be via Aliwangwang/ Wechat.
Will the vendor take small quantity?
It is important to share your project scope with me so I can connect you with the right vendor to start with. Even with the same product, there will be different optimal vendor base on your expected order quantity, degree of customization..etc. It's much better to get this straight upfront.
Can you confirm I'll be working directly with the factory but not a trading company?
This will be an open and transparent discussion. I'll make it clear from the beginning if I've worked with the factories for your request. For new vendors, I can audit the factory or do a background check per request.
Do you get any referral fees or commission from the factories?
No, the Fiverr fee is all I'm charging to keep things simple, transparent, and efficient.
