How do I give you access to my QuickBooks Online?
QuickBooks: Login to your QuickBooks Online account. On the top right, click the "Gear icon (cogwheel) -> Manage Users -> Accounting Firms From the settings you need to add a user (at least standard or admin as per working need).
Can you prepare the financial statements in excel sheet or any other required format?
Yes, I will prepare your required statements in excel and can make them according to your company's previous records or the specific required format. Please mention the required format before placing the order if it is other than PDF or Excel format.
What you need to prepare income statement and balance sheet?
I need your company's data in a recorded form like Trial Balance. If you don't have a trial balance you can provide me with the transactions or bank statements. Sharing the raw data will take my additional hours which will cost you in addition to the package but we will work it out for you.
What if we don't have trial balance for profit and loss / balance sheet?
The prices mentioned in the package may differ if you don't have a Trial balance prepared (i.e. the final figures for expenses, income, assets and liabilities) If we are working through bank statements this will have additional costs to make the numbers for the trial balance.
