What I build:

- Guardrails: it says it's a virtual assistant, never invents prices, and passes urgent calls to a human
You get the working agent, exported n8n workflows, a test report and handover notes. You own every account and every key.
I run my own AI receptionist product on this same stack, with live calendar booking and call summaries.
Not included: Vapi, phone number, AI model and n8n plan costs, which are billed to your accounts. Outbound calls only to contacts who agreed to be called.

Do I need my own Vapi and n8n accounts?
Yes. I build in your accounts so you own everything. I'll guide you through creating them, which takes about 10 minutes. n8n Cloud and self-hosted n8n both work.
How is this different from your AI receptionist gig?
That gig is a monthly service that I host and manage for you. This gig is a one-time custom build that you own and run yourself.
Which CRMs and tools can you connect?
Anything n8n can reach through a built-in node, an API or a webhook, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable, GoHighLevel or Google Sheets. Message me to confirm yours.
Can the agent make outbound calls?
Yes, to people who agreed to be called, for example form leads or appointment reminders. You are responsible for consent rules where you operate.
Which costs are not included?
Vapi minutes, phone numbers, AI model usage and your n8n plan. They are billed directly to your own accounts.
Which languages does it speak?
English by default. Message me before ordering if you need another language, so I can check the voice and transcriber options.
