All footage is obtained through FOIA and public records requests filed directly with law enforcement agencies. Nothing is taken from YouTube or other creators. It comes straight from the department that recorded it.
Is this footage already on YouTube?
Some cases may have been released to other requesters before. That's how public records work and no seller can honestly promise otherwise. Every file I send was obtained by me through FOIA, straight from the agency.
Can I still use footage another channel already uploaded?
Yes. Public records aren't exclusive by nature, and channels build audiences on presentation, not just access. If you want rarer material, that's what the Standard and Premium tiers are for.
What exactly do I receive when I order?
