FAQ 2: What happens if I don't have a 3D file and only have photos or a sketch?
Answer: No problem! I offer full 2D-to-3D modeling services. You can send me your reference photos, drawings, or dimensions, and I will sculpt a digital 3D model (Standard/Premium package) before sending it to the printer.
FAQ 3: What file formats do you accept for 3D printing?
Answer: I accept standard 3D formats including .STL, .OBJ, .3MF, and .STEP files. If you aren't sure if your file is print-ready, feel free to attach it in a message, and I will check it for you free of charge.
FAQ 4: How are items packaged for long-distance international shipping?
Answer: Every order is carefully packed using protective bubble wrap, and cardboard boxes to ensure your print arrives undamaged. You will also receive an international tracking number as soon as your package ships.
