Hi folks! I'm Luke your bioinformatician. I will happily help you in your transcriptomic analysis. I have 8+ years of experience in analyzing datasets from multiple species (model and non-model species). I can deal with "simple" experimental designs (e.g. case vs control) as well as with "complex" experimental designs (e.g. multiple treatments) and can perform analyses accordingly.
