I will analyse rnaseq time series data

Have you got a time-series data from an RNA-seq experiment with multiple samples, time points (and maybe conditions?) and are getting crazy about doing pairwise comparisons??? I can provide an elegant and formal time-course analysis that will incorporate time in the analysis and determine those gene whose expression is changing with time. Further, by integrating these info with biological databases, I can cluster genes based on similar temporal profiles of expression and search for profiles that are composed of genes belonging to the same pathway/process.

Thus I will provide a biological insight to the time-series dataset. Custom biological databases can also be used.
