Most of my work now is retrieval systems and chatbots trained on a client's private documents, using open source models like Llama, Mistral and Qwen. I handle everything around them too: Python and FastAPI on the backend, React on the front, Docker on whatever server you already have.

FAQ
Do I need my own server?
Yes. The whole point is that your data stays on your infrastructure. A basic VPS works for smaller setups, and I'll tell you the minimum specs before you order. If you'd rather I set up the server too, message me and we'll scope it.
Will the chatbot make things up?
RAG is what prevents that. The bot retrieves from your documents first, then answers from what it found. Before delivery I test it against the exact questions your staff ask most and send you the results.
Do I own the code?
Yes. You get full source code and documentation. Nothing is locked to my accounts or services, and you can run, modify, or move it without me.
What file types can you train it on?
PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, text files, and web pages. If you have data in a database or an internal system, that's covered under database integration in Standard and Premium.
Why is this more expensive than other chatbot gigs?
Cheaper gigs usually connect a widget to your own OpenAI key, so your documents go to a third party and you pay per message forever. This runs on your hardware with an open-source model. Different thing.
