Getting a Revit model built properly coordinated geometry, correct LOD, clean documentation is what separates a model you can build from versus one that creates problems on site.

What Revit version will the model be delivered in?
Revit 2026 by default. If you need an earlier version, let me know before ordering and I'll confirm compatibility.
Can you model both architectural and MEP in the same project?
Yes. I work across architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. Multi-discipline coordination is covered under the Premium package.
Do you work to ISO 19650 or UK BIM Framework standards?
Yes. I hold an MSc in BIM and Management from Oxford Brookes and have delivered to ISO 19650 standards on live construction projects. If your project has a BIM Execution Plan, share it and I'll work to it.
