Do you need my 3D model before starting the order?
Yes. This gig requires a finalized 3D model. If you don’t have one yet, I can create it in my product design gig. Just message me to get started.
What formats do you accept for the 3D model?
I accept STEP, IGES, STL, OBJ, Parasolid (X_T/X_B) and native files from SolidWorks, Solid Edge, and other CAD tools.
What formats will you deliver the manufacturing drawings in?
You will receive drawings in PDF plus optional DWG/DXF files. If needed, I can also provide image formats (PNG/JPG).
Can you add tolerances, fits, or GD&T symbols?
Yes. I can include tolerances, fits, GD&T, radiuses, chamfers, notes, and surface finishes based on your requirement or manufacturing method.
Can you prepare CNC machining-ready drawings?
Yes. I specialize in CNC, injection molding, sheet metal, casting, and fabrication drawings with all required technical details.
Can you create assembly drawings or exploded views?
Absolutely. I can prepare exploded-view sheets, part breakdowns, bill of materials, and assembly instruction documents.
What if I need more than 6 parts drawn?
I offer custom offers for larger projects. Message me with your model and number of components, and I’ll send a tailored quote. Moreover, you can select additional technical drawings from the gig package for the parts more than 6.
Can you work with old sketches or incomplete models?
Yes. If the model needs adjustments or rebuilding, I can assist but this is billed separately from the drawing work. Share details and I’ll guide you.
Will my drawings be suitable for manufacturing worldwide?
Yes. I follow international drafting standards, including ISO, ANSI, and DIN, making your drawings acceptable for global manufacturers.
Are my files and designs kept confidential?
Yes. Your designs remain 100% confidential and private. I never share client files or samples without permission.
