My forte is the ability to effectively manage and work with people. Human behavior has always intrigued me; why people do, what they do and how they do it. A career in people management was thus the natural progression for me. Backed with a strong interest in business and entrepreneurial spirit, I have a more than 10 years of diversified professional experience - 7 of those years spent managing people in various roles.

With strong interpersonal skills and willingness to quickly learn and adapt I have been able to successfully develop competent teams and leaders per company vision and values. My education and training, together with my penchant for detail, have all served to help make me highly effective at what I do.
