FAQ
As a new Fiverr user, can I contact you before placing an order?
Yes, please click the “Contact Me” button next to my profile picture and send me your project details.
My document looks unprofessional. Can you assist with enhancing its design?
Yes. Whether your document is plain, outdated or generated by AI, I redesign it to look professional and polished, with consistent fonts, colors, spacing, tables and layout. Send me your file and I'll tell you what I'd improve and how.
Can you format my document to specific guidelines?
Yes. I format theses, reports and manuscripts to your university, publisher or company style guide, including margins, headings, citation layout and page numbering. I also follow brand guidelines, applying the correct font styles, colors and logo placement across your document.
Do you create customized templates for businesses?
Yes. I create custom Word templates with all the styles you need, plus placeholder text you can replace with your own content. I can also rebuild a template from your InDesign, PDF, Canva or AI design. Styles keep formatting consistent and make future edits easy.
Do you format books for Amazon KDP?
Yes. I format both eBook and paperback books for KDP, including trim size, margins, page numbers, headings and table of contents. You'll receive a .docx file for your eBook and a PDF for your paperback, both ready to upload directly to KDP.
Do you offer Microsoft Word automation, such as auto-calculation and auto-filling?
Yes. I automate Word documents with fillable forms, content controls, auto-calculation, auto-filling and mail merge. Enter the information once and it updates everywhere it’s needed, saving you time and typing errors.
Will you guide me if I need to update the document later?
Yes. If you're not familiar with Microsoft Word, I can provide guidance on making future updates, including custom screenshots or a tutorial video made for your document.
Are the services listed in your gig description the only ones you offer?
No. The description lists my main services, but I work with anything in Microsoft Word, plus Apple Pages and Google Docs. If you don't see your task, contact me with the details and I'll tell you how I can help. You can also click my name to see my other gigs.
What if I want changes after delivery?
Revisions are included, and I'll work with you until the document matches what we agreed. Just share your feedback in Fiverr chat and I'll update it
Does the $25 package apply to all jobs?
Each project varies in complexity and effort. A table of contents is different from rebuilding an InDesign, PDF or Al-generated design in Word. The $25 package is a starting point, and the final price depends on your document and requirements.
