I'm a Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional and mechanical engineer. I take your concept, sketch or existing part and rebuild it around the process that will actually make it, so the quote comes back clean and the first article comes back correct.
INJECTION MOLDING
Draft angles, uniform wall thickness, ribs and bosses, gate and parting line placement, sink and warp prevention.
CNC MACHINING
3-axis and 5-axis geometry, tool access and reach, internal radii, fixturing, tolerance stack-up.
3D PRINTING
FDM, SLA, SLS and MJF. Build orientation, support strategy, wall and clearance rules for functional parts.
YOU RECEIVE
- Parametric CAD you can edit later, not a dead mesh
- Dimensioned drawings with GD&T, tolerances, material and finish
- Written DFM notes: what I changed and why
- SLDPRT, SLDASM, STEP, IGES, STL, DXF, PDF

Artist worked hard and was communicative, not sure if there was a communication error on my side I feel as though I gave detailed notes. But there were several times the artist just was unable to meet expectations and ended up asking for a partial refund after 5 or 6 iterations. Very nice and polite but potentially a communication error.
