What information do you need before you start?
Your store URL, a clear description of the issue (or a screenshot/screen recording if it's visual), and collaborator access if the fix requires editing theme code. The more specific the description, the faster I can scope and start the fix.
Do you need admin/collaborator access to my store?
For most Liquid, HTML, or CSS fixes, yes, I'll need collaborator access to your Shopify admin so I can edit the theme code directly. You can grant limited access through Shopify's collaborator request feature, and revoke it once the work is delivered.
How fast can urgent bugs be fixed?
The Basic package includes 1-day delivery for a single bug fix. For anything more urgent, message me with the details before ordering and I'll confirm if a faster turnaround is possible.
Do you work with Shopify Plus stores?
Yes, I work with both standard Shopify and Shopify Plus stores, including Shopify 2.0 themes and the Horizon framework.
What happens if my issue needs more than the included revisions?
If the scope grows beyond what's included in your package, I'll let you know before doing extra work and send a custom offer for the additional revisions or fixes, so there are no surprise charges.
