What is 3rd Party System?
3rd Party system is the web system that functionality you want to put into your Zoho. For example, if you want to integrate Zoho with Xero, then Xero is a 3rd party system.
How can I check API working?
Mostly API integrations work at the backend. There is no interface involved. Integrations work on event triggers. For example, a lead will be automatically fetched into Zoho whenever a form is filled in the 3rd party system.
Any monthly or annual charges will be charged?
No monthly or annual charges, you have to pay only one time. When integration is built, you can enjoy your whole life. You have to pay again in following conditions. 1) New features implementation. 2) Update in API from Zoho end or 3rd party end. 3) Any major issue occurs
Where integration is installed?
The integration will work on any server. There are 2 options to have a server setup. 1) I can provide you with my server (cPanel), where we can install your integration. This will be free for you 2) You have to provide your own server(cPanel), if you already have.
What is webbook?
Webhook is an event trigger. Whenever an event triggers, we can put our system data into another 3rd party system. Some systems can provide webhooks & some system can not.
What is cron job?
Cron job is server-based schedular. We can set the schedule for 5 minutes, 10 mints, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 12 hours, 24 hours, 30 days, etc. In integrations, after these time intervals we can check the data if there is any update, we can put that update into 3rd party system.
