FAQ
How much will it cost to fix my app?
Most orders land between $40 and $450. If you're not sure how deep the problem goes, start with the $40 audit — I review the whole app, fix one critical bug, and send you a written report with a fixed price for the rest. No guessing, no open-ended bills.
What if you can't fix it?
After the audit I tell you honestly. If the app needs a rebuild instead of a repair, I'll say so and quote that separately — I'd rather lose the order than take your money for a fix that won't hold.
I'm non-technical. Is that a problem?
That's most of my clients. Send me the app link and describe what's broken in plain words — "checkout doesn't work", "users can't log in". I'll translate that into the technical problem and explain the fix in language you can follow.
Which tools do you work with?
Lovable, Base44, Replit, Bolt.new and Cursor — and the code they generate: React, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Firebase. I work inside the platform or directly in the code, whichever fixes it properly.
My Supabase auth or database is broken. Can you fix it?
Yes — this is the most common thing I'm asked for. Auth flows, RLS policies, table structure, storage, edge functions and API keys. Supabase is a core part of my stack, not something I touch occasionally.
Stripe payments aren't working. Can you fix that?
Yes. Checkout, subscriptions, webhooks, the customer portal and the full billing logic. Broken or missing webhooks are the single most common cause of "payments look fine but nothing happens".
Do I own the code?
100%. Full source code, GitHub repository, deployment access and documentation. Nothing stays locked behind me.
Can you move my app off the AI platform into my own repo?
Yes. I'll export it to your own GitHub repository and hosting, so you're not locked into the platform's pricing or limits. Available as an extra on any package.
What access do you need?
Usually the app link plus collaborator or team-member access to the platform, Supabase and the hosting account. Please never send passwords in chat — I'll request proper team access after the order starts.
Can we work in French?
Oui, absolument. Je parle couramment français et anglais, et je travaille sur le même fuseau horaire que la France — pas de décalage, pas de traduction. Send me your app link in either language.
