Most small businesses don't have security policies until a client, insurer or contract bid suddenly asks for them.
I write the documentation that stands up when someone actually reads it.
I'm an IT Security Manager in the UK with nine years' experience, currently responsible for the full security programme at a 1,100-employee, six-site business policies, incident response and disaster recovery. I hold a BSc in Cyber Security. I write these documents for a living, not from a template pack.

Are these legally binding contracts or legal advice?
No. These are internal IT and security policies - operational documents that set out how your business handles technology and data. They're not legal advice, and for anything with employment-law or regulatory consequences you should have your solicitor review before publishing.
Will this get me Cyber Essentials or ISO 27001 certified?
Not on its own, and anyone who tells you otherwise is overselling. Certification requires an assessment by a licensed body. What this does is give you documentation aligned to those frameworks' principles, which is usually one of the gaps businesses hit when they start the process.
We're tiny — only 6 people. Is this overkill?
No, and it's often small businesses that need it most, because they're the ones being asked for it by larger clients. I scale the documents to your size. A six-person business gets a short, usable set, not forty pages of theory.
Can you use our branding and document template?
Yes - send your template or brand guidelines with the order and I'll match them.
What format do we get?
Editable Microsoft Word documents plus finished PDFs. You own them outright and can change them whenever you like.
How does the revision process work?
Send all your comments in one go rather than piecemeal - it's faster for both of us. I'll turn revisions around within 48 hours.
Do you need access to our systems?
No, never. Everything is written from the information you provide in the order questions. I don't need, want, or ask for access to your network or accounts.
Can you write something that isn't listed?
Probably. Message me before ordering - if it's a security or IT documentation piece, I've likely written one.
